Refund Policy
Once you have purchased points for your property, your property will immediately become listed with a higher ranking due to its increase points. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you have allocated your points to the incorrect property we are happy to assign them to the correct property providing you inform us within 72 hours of purchasing them. If you feel there has been an error or payment was assigned incorrectly please email us at admin@qualityescapes.com
